Our Purpose

We have accomplished a lot at Executive Offices these past 35 years - and we can't wait for the next decades to come. We founded our company with the core idea of providing a professional environment and great customer service to all of our clients. Our hundreds of satisfied clients, each with a thriving business of their own, have in common that they started leasing a virtual office from us. As their business kept growing, they upgraded to a shared desk and eventually to a private office and warehouse of their own. This is a story we experience with our clients time after time, and it all started with reaching out to our team. For us, it's always exciting to get that first call or email, describing how a hard-working entrepreneur wants to establish and grow their company.

On a personal note, Liliana started this business with a motivation that is shared by many of our clients: financial freedom and to build a better life for herself. This business has endured tough times, and thanks to this business and hard-work, Executive Offices helped Liliana take care of her two boys as a single mother. Now, she can proudly say that her two sons are working in the family business, also putting in the hard work to help it, the same way it once helped her years ago. We know all business is personal, especially when it’s your business, and it is our passion to help you succeed.

According to CNBC, there are 10 million businesses in the US owned by women, altogether providing 13 million jobs and contributing $1.3 trillion dollars in sales alone. There is a reason women-led businesses are the fastest growing type of small business - women are strong and resourceful by nature.

As a founder of this business, Liliana’s message to any entrepreneur woman, regardless of age, is first and foremost to abolish any fear inside you - leading your own business is a risk, but one that is worth it. Her next advice would be to grow their intuition towards their respective markets, and ration their resources carefully. Lastly, is to be patient: grow as your business needs it, even if it means starting out small. In time, it will be worth the wait as the business you raised grows older and stronger.

Our company vision extends beyond borders as 85% of our clients are also doing business in Mexico. We know the Tijuana-San Diego communities very well, having lived and worked in this city all of our lives, and believe in international collaboration as this border region represents $250 billion dollars in business each year. Many of our clients export goods ranging from electronics, to cooking ingredients, and even tires, contributing to the larger global economy.

California is a great stage for immigrant work, providing opportunities like no other place. We pride ourselves in partnering with minority clients who work hard and thrive at what they love.
