What are the first steps in leasing my Virtual Office?

  • You need to complete and submit the online application (or download here), email us a copy of an official photo I.D., and pay first and one month deposit.

How many business can I register with the virtual office plan?

  • Every Virtual Office contract allows for only 1 business.

When can I pick up my packages or mail?

  • Anytime from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm at our reception desk.

If I have a Virtual Office, can I switch to Desk or Private Office?

  • Yes, you are welcomed to switch from plan-to-plan as you need (upon space availability).

How soon can I start using my Virtual Office?

  • We can set up your lease in less than one hour. Start by completing the adjacent application.

What if I no longer need the lease?

  • You need to submit a 30-day notice (by email or writing to us) before cancelling.

Does my Virtual Office include warehouse services?

  • Yes, we can send and receive your packages at our facility in San Ysidro, CA and you can access it anytime during our business hours (M-F 9am - 5pm). If you are receiving a pallet, you need to notify us in advance, and inform the trucking company our business hours, and that they need to bring a lift gate.

Does my lease include a telephone line?

  • We can answer any call at our main reception line. If you need a designated, private phone line, you will need to set it up directly with the telephone company.

If I have a Virtual Office, can I book a room if I need to work on it?

  • Yes! You can book a desk by the hour. Notify us with the date and other specific requirements for the room and we’ll have it set up for you.

What if I receive calls after business hours?

  • If you receive a call to our main reception line, callers are welcomed to leave a message with us, and we will notify you as soon as possible.

Can I put up a company sign at your facility?

  • We can work with your team in placing some signage at our facilities (interior only).
